Although there are many ways to improve the calculation precision of nonlinear limit state equation failure probability, Such as SORM and High-Order Moment Method and so on. But how to get enough accurate calculation of failure probability value, is not fully solve the problem. Also has been the focus of the people. This paper puts forward a new method of failure probability calculation, This method can get enough accurate calculation of failure probability values.On the basis of the article in detail elaborates the FORM and the SORM methods and their advantages and disadvantages, Put forward a method can accurately calculate the failure probability and its algorithm implementation.Based on the micro-ring method reliability calculation methods, Thought based on the micro-circle method is, use the multiple micro-circulars to segmentation failure region, to form multiple small failure area. Each of the failure area corresponding probability are more likely to win, put the small-probability failure zone together, get the total probability of the failure area. Through several examples, to verify the method is correct and effective. Using the research method to research the definition of reliability index, reliability index and curvature of the design point, affects the accuracy of calculation results of the FORM and SORM,existing literature using Monte Carlo method to simulate the failure probability as the theoretical value is likely to be inappropriate.The examples show that, In this paper, if the nonlinear limit state function is not too complicated, the method can get enough accurate calculation of failure probability values, has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
