At present, along with the development of city, the scale of the central heatingis also gradually increasing. For the heating system fault conditions and the scale ofdevelopment, parallel relationship between the traditional network user heatingsystem, hydraulic condition of any one of the users changes will have an impact onother users, is easy to appear the hydraulic maladjustment. In order to solve theproblem, the scholars of our country put forward unidirectional ring main trunk pipeheating system, the double forms of traditional changes to the single form, heatingsystem circulating flow constant, users are connected in series, can improve thehydraulic imbalance.In this paper, the reliability of the unidirectional ring main trunk pipe heatingsystem research, provide a reference for practical engineering application. Analysison the special quota heating theory unidirectional ring main trunk pipe heatingsystem, combined with characteristics of the pipeline system, the fault of heatingcoefficient, and introduced the distinction between fault heating coefficient andquota heating coefficient; according to the fault conditions of indoor temperature, todetermine the full heating outdoor temperature and quota heating outdoortemperature factors; reference range of fault repair time and effect of; pointed outthe relationship between fault conditions limit the flow coefficient and the level ofnet adjustment method. Calculation method of reliability analysis of existing, onthis basis, put forward the reliability index based on the maximum diameter of therepair time; from three aspects of pipeline, valve and compensator, unidirectionalring main trunk line between failure flow parameter and traditional network failureflow parameter, qualitative analysis of the fault current correction coefficient. Byusing the calculation method of grid, analysis the influence factors of unidirectionalring main trunk network reliability; the unidirectional ring main trunk networkreliability measures, the local optimization measures; in the traditional network asthe basis, the reform scheme, in the same plane layout, the reliability index andcomparison of two kinds of network form. According to the thermodynamicaccessibility requirements, theoretical calculation of hydraulic derivedunidirectional ring main trunk network, points out the different calculation methods of network structure, the future city project in Beijing as the research object,according to the design condition, the heat source fault conditions and the heatingnetwork fault conditions are simulated, the advantages and disadvantages comparedwith minimal pressure drop calculation method of hydraulic calculation method andisothermal the difference analysis of precipitation, regulation and quality-quantityregulation.Unidirectional ring main trunk pipe heating system is still in the stage oftheoretical research, especially the research on reliability theory, failure of largeamounts of statistical data and the support of the actual project, I hope this researchcan provide a reference for the research of reliability theory unidirectional ringmain trunk network.
