Electromagnetic induction heating steam generator, using such electromagnetic induction heating method based on high heat transfer efficiency, quick heating speed,big power density, was one of the innovations for the steam generator heating method. The new type of induction heating steam generator researched and developed, can solve the deficiency of fuel heating steam generator and ohmic heating steam generator, such as low heat transfer efficiency, serious environmental pollution and poor job flexibility. The induction heating steam generator is a pint-sized, low cost, high efficient, safe and reliable, energy efficient and environmentally friendly, which has broad application prospects, with the growing trend of energy conservation and environmental protection and the construction of ecological city.The method of combining numerical analysis with experiment was adopted to conduct a comprehensively in-depth research in induction heating steam generator.First of all, conduct the numerical simulation of the magnetic flux and magnetic induction intensity distribution rule within the electromagnetic induction element, test verifies the change of magnet induction intensity distribution, compared with numerical simulation, verify the correctness of the numerical simulation method, obtain the optimization of the electromagnetic induction element structure.Then, through the numerical simulation of two phase fluid flow heat transfer performance in boiling heat transfer element, obtain distribution rule of heat flow field, test verifies the change of tempresure distribution, compared with numerical simulation, obtain the optimization of boiling heat transfer element structure. Developed regulated water system of steable pressure and steam fluid separation system, developed the integration control scheme and cooling scheme, combined with the research and development of electromagnetic induction and boiling heat transfer element, developed a set of electromagnetic induction heating steam generator device.Combined with numerical simulation and experimental validation, the new type electromagnetic induction element researched and developmented, has the turn spacing distribution which was more close in the first half than in the second half, having a more reasonable magnetic field distribution, being more in line with the law of two phase flow boiling heat transfer.The new type of boiling heat transfer element researched and developmented, was ring slit channel structure, having a more stable heat flow field distribution and the effect of strengthening heat transfer.
