In view of these problems of uneven heating, large radial temperature difference and low efficiency in the process of materials’ transmission and heating,this paper presents a polymer processing equipment electromagnetic induction heating technology based on the principle of three-phase induction motor. The barrel of equipment equal stator of motor and the screw of equipment equal rotor of motor. The barrel of equipment was grooved slot and built-in three-phase winding, and the three-phase winding was supplied by extern high frequency power so that it can produce high frequency rotating magnetic field. The barrel and screw would induce eddy under the action of high frequency rotating magnetic field,which shortens the radial temperature difference and improves the thermal efficiency.Aiming at the polymer processing equipment electromagnetic induction heating technology,this paper has carried on the theoretical analysis and experimental research.The main research contents are as follows:( 1) Three-phase winding structure model of induction heating technology was founded and the principle of electromagnetic induction was analyzed. Combined with the boundary conditions, the core end coefficient was modified and the calculation formula of heating power system was derived based on the analytical solution of equation.(2)The heating system structure model was analyzed by using Ansoft software. The influence on the distribution of magnetic field and the intensity of magnetic field was analyzed according to the parameters that covered the slit length, the air gap length and winding form which provided a basis for the heating system’s basic structure design.(3)By using electromagnetic heat coupling module of Ansys software, this paper analyzed the electromagnetic heating system. The distribution of the eddy current in the heating system was analyzed and the eddy current power was calculated by simulation.What’s more, the preheating time of heating system was analyzed by simulation; the rise of temperature of barrel and screw were drew. All of above was to verify the rationality and validity of the design of the heating system in this paper. The influence of structure parameters on the eddy distribution, heating power and the general principle of relevant parameters were presented.(4)The built-in single phase winding prototype was designed and produced, and electromagnetic induction heating was carried out on the open slot and closed slot prototype experience. In order to prove the rationality of structure parameter. Through the comparison between the open-slot prototype experiment results and the spiral wound electromagnetic heating technology, we could verify the superiority of this technology. Through the comparison between the simulation results of the built-in three-phase winding electromagnetic induction heating technology and the open-slot prototype experiment results, we could verify the feasibility and advantages of the three-phase winding.
