Research On Standardization Of Valuation System Of The Bill Of Quantities In Guiyang Urban Rail Transit Project

In consideration of the insufficient applicability, urban rail transit projects evaluation based on The code of valuation with bill quantity of construction works (GB50500-2008) may lead to mistakes, missing in the measurement and valuation.To alleviate the workload of work out bill of quantities in urban rail transit projects; improve the accuracy of bill of quantities; reduce disputes of projects measurement, payment and settlement, and achieve effective control of construction funds. Simultaneously, to play a further role in bill of quantities, sum up the experiences of working out bill of quantities in1st and2nd line of Guiyang urban rail transit projects, and strengthen the control of the investment to the follow-up line.
