The commercial a nd marketed degree building rebar processing and distribution reflects the modernization of a national construction industry, the development of r ebar processing and distribution can change the disperse and backward situation of our country’s reinforcement processing. With the rapid development of China’s construction market, the demand for rebar is also increasingly excursion, and reinforcement processing machinery also put forward higher request, rebar cutting machine is one of necessary equipments for rebar processing, is a widely used construction machinery, and its performance will directly influence the whole construction quality. Methods is from project, and summarize construction process with good economic and social benefits, it formed aim to a special technology in an engineering.In this article, we studied on the commercialization processing and distribution of rebar, designed the working system of rebar processing center, understood the connotation of methods and integrate written essentials. At the same time, take gear as an example, reliability design was done to the parts of rebar cutting machine’s discharging mechanism. Doing kinematical analysis and motion simulation with Motion module in UGNX7.5software to discharging mechanism of rebar cutting machine, then output displacement curve, speed curve and acceleration curve of the discharge frame, the best flip angle of discharge frame was got, the optimization advice was given aimed at the unreasonable place of structure, the movement stability of discharge mechanism is analyzed. Studying on rebar cutting mechanism, got theory calculative formula and empirical calculative formula of rotary flying shear force. Analyzing the reasons to the failure of flying cutter, solved the problem of cutter easy damaged with designing flying shears’ blade angle and confirming empty path Angle of flying cutter. Rebar cutting process was simulated by professional finite element analysis software Deform, compared the shearing force diagram from simulation with theory calculative formula and empirical calculative formula, and verified the correctness of the theoretical analysis. Using deform to simulate reinforced flying cutting indifferent working conditions, analyzed the impact of rebar diameter, rebar horizontal movement speed and shearing cutter rotary speed on shearing force, and found out the rules.This paper aimed to study operation mode and work system of bar processing and distribution center, summarized write points of the methods. Taking gear as an example, did reliability design to the parts of rebar cutting machine’s discharging mechanism.Doing theory research and simulation analysis to reinforced discharging mechanism and lying hear, hen optimizing structure and analyzing stress. Research achievements obtained from this paper have certain theoretical and practical significance.
