With the rapid development of aviation technology, avionics, weapons and flightcontrol systems become more perfect, the performance of the aircraft have increasedsignificantly, electrical equipment and the sharp increase in electricity consumption,proposed new requirements on the quality of power supply. Traditionalelectromechanical power distribution system has been not meet the needs of large-scaledistributed power systems in intelligent and reliability, The modular solid-state powerdistribution technology is airborne, spaceborne trends of the distribution system, is tostudy one of the hot spots.Study to solid-state power controller(SSPC) principle, three-level drop gate voltagetechnology, load state on-line detection technology, signal gain programmable amplifiertechnology, I2T inverse-time protection technology, design SSPC system based on theFPGA. Firstly, research SSPC principle and structure, SSPC hardware platform isdesigned, full use of FPGA internal resources to achieve variable gain signalamplification, load state on-line detection technology, system BIT electric detection toreduce the use of peripheral devices, reduce the complexity of the system. Secondly, inorder to solve the MOSFET protection, in-depth study of three-level gate voltagereduction technology, overcome the problems of the existing gate voltage reductiontechnology protected MOSFET no obvious over-current phenomenon of suppressionand the protected power tube repeatedly opened in a delay off. Then, according to theactual needs of engineering simplifies algorithm of inverse-time overcurrent protection,more convenient to calculate in the FPGA. Finally, SSPC based on FPGA hardware andsoftware testing done in the laboratory environment.
