| Solid-State Power Controller(SSPC)is a smart switching which is made of semiconductor devices.It not only has the protection function as the circuit breakers,but also has the advantages of solid-state relays,such as no mechanical contact,no arc,no noise,fast response speed,high reliability,long service life and resistance to adverse environment.High-Voltage Bus Solid-State Power Controller has a bus communication interface.In addition to the main functions and advantages of the general SSPC,it can also realize functions such as communication with the controlling computer,online monitoring and intelligent protection.With the advancement of semiconductor power device technology and the increase of driving capability,High-Voltage Bus DC SolidState Power Controller is used in military equipment more widely.Based on the actual project requirements,this paper develops a High-Voltage DC Solid-State Power Controller with CAN bus communication interface and multi-switch.First of all,by the design scheme and main functions of SSPC,this paper finds the structure and the qualifications of the SSPC.For discussing the different load conditions,this paper builds action models with different load conditions such as resistors capacitances and inductances.This model is used to discus the different load conditions’ influence to voltage and current response of the SSPC.The inverse time protection model is given,which provides a reference for the design of SSPC software and hardware and its anti-time limit protection parameters.SSPC thermal simulation model is established and carried out.The simulation analysis discusses the temperature rise of SSPC under different conditions,which lays a foundation for SSPC PCB and DBC layout.Secondly,based on simulation analysis,the hardware of the Solid-State Power Controller is designed.The hardwares of the data acquisition,protection and driving,power output and intelligent control are given by this paper.Based on the functions of the SSPC,the communication protocol between the host computer and the main processor and between the main processor and the sub-processor is established.The controlling program of the SSPC,such as the host computer,the main processor and the subprocessor is designed by this paper.The flow chart of the host computer program,main processor program and sub-processor program is given.The flow chart of the breaking off sub-processor program is given.Finally,the process of SSPC is designed,the sample is manufactured,and the samples are tested and verified.The test results are analyzed to verify whether the performance and parameters meet the requirements of the project. |
