The feature of the self-anchored suspension bridge is to anchor main cable to the end of beam,which not only cancels two or four huge anchor ingot on girder both ends, but also makes main cable horizontal component into free prestressed favorable to concrete beam,thus can save originally material capital used to build anchorage and placement prestressed and make cost more economy.In recently years, the self-anchored suspension bridge has got rapid development, and become the400m long competitive bridge scheme,which depending on its novel structure high economic benefit and strong adaptability to geological conditions and so on. This paper, analyzes static characteristics of the self-anchored suspension bridge, based on108m+168m span arrangement of a suspension bridge as engineering background.Content is as follows:(1)Introduce the development and the present situation of the application of both at home and abroad on the self-anchored suspension bridge, summarizes basic structure and static characteristics and points out the trend of the development and it still exists drawbacks.(2)Introduce the development of suspension bridge in several theory, respectively elastic theory, deflection theory and cable displacement theory, and elaborate the self-anchored suspension bridge analysis theory to establish-deflection theory.(3)Based on the Midas/Civil bridge analysis software, introduces the software for the initial state of equilibrium analysis of basic theory-pitch line method, especially on how to use it in the self-anchored suspension bridge in the analysis, do more accurate initial equilibrium analysis on the overall structure.(4)Use Midas/Civil bridge analysis software on the the self-anchored suspension bridge simulation analysis, and change the various parameters to conclude the overall static characteristics under different parameters.(5)The parameter analysis results are discussed, optimization of the overall structure static characteristics in order to draw to control the long-term aging deformation as the goal of reasonable into bridge state.
