City Park as an urban public open space; due to regional differences, with theshape, size, style and use different. And the city, city park has its own history and in theprocess of continuous development. With the development of city urbanization, citypark is becoming more and more important role in society, between work and familywhich is between residents, closely connect the city with nature; carrying a city of thepast, but also a city of the future relay. Different regions of the city park, there issignificant difference with its geography and climate, natural resources, humaneenvironment, historical background. The northeast region has distinct characteristics ingeographical location, climate, cultural and historical aspects, these features are evidentin the planning and design of the city park.
