| With the development of economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, holiday tourism has gradually become an indispensable part of people’s daily life. Urban life brings more pressure to people. From the point of view of society, holiday tourism is not only a kind of social activity, but also a kind of pursuit of returning to nature. Since people can freely control the time of the past has increased, the income also has a certain growth, people’s concept of holiday tourism is also changing.In this paper, the 17 cities in the northeast region of five 7 Star target Resort Hotel conducted a field survey, the functional area of the target Resort Hotel, landscape node design, detail landscape design. And the target resort hotel is refined into a mountain resort hotel, seaside resort hotel and Spa Resort Hotel these three categories. In the research process, the author found that there are some problems in the outdoor landscape design of the three kinds of target resort hotels, and there are some common problems in these three kinds of hotels. Based on the research of the domestic and international target Resort Hotel, the paper puts forward the principles and methods of outdoor landscape design in the northeast of China, based on the theory of regional landscape design, landscape ecology, environmental psychology, hotel marketing theory and other related disciplines, and puts forward the strategies of outdoor landscape design in Northeast China. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:1) there are some problems in the outdoor landscape design of the target Resort Hotel in Northeast China.There is a certain degree of loss in the functional area of the outdoor landscape. The author through the survey found that this problem exists in all the northeast area of the goal of the outdoor design of the resort hotel, while the southern region of the hotel is in this area to do better. There are still some problems, such as the monotonous and lack of landscape, the connection between the many functional areas is not enough, the traffic flow line is not smooth, and the point is not clear. These problems lead to the resort is difficult to comfortable, perfect holiday experience.2) Analysis and sum up the design of the outdoor landscape of the target Resort Hotel in Northeast ChinaIn the northeast area, the design of the resort hotel should accord with the principle of integration, the principle of synchronization and the principle of the characteristic. The integration principle of the first need to make the integration of the outdoor landscape and the environment of the northeast, and then to achieve the integration of outdoor landscape and architecture and the integration of indoor and outdoor landscape. The principle of synchronization is to make the landscape design and the psychology of the holiday synchronized and synchronize their behavior. Features of the characteristics of the northeast region, the unique nature of the natural, human and other characteristics, as well as the special nature of the hotel also reflects the hotel group’s own corporate culture, so that the distinction in other regions of the target Resort Hotel, highlighting features.3) the optimization strategy of the outdoor landscape design of the target Resort Hotel in Northeast ChinaFor a good target Resort Hotel, in the premise of protecting the local natural environment, it is one of the important factors that determine the level and the late stage of the profit. However, the regional landscape includes not only the natural elements, but also the creation of the human landscape, the continuation of the historical context and the fusion of the local folk culture. The author in the process of research found that target resort area in the south in the non natural landscape factors extraction and expression than those in the Northeast are more chip. Overall speaking, for the northeast region of the target Resort Hotel, not only in the visual angle of the hotel landscape shaping, but also the use of hearing, smell and other sensory angle to the hotel’s environment to further shape, after all, is a feasible move. |
