Intelligent substation is the basic premise and key to the construction of smart grid, intelligent transformation or reconstruction for load-center substation, has become an important part in the construction of smart grid cannot avoid.This Paper focuses on the Intelligent substation key technology features and technology. Research on the direction of the Intelligent Technical Transformation Surveyed Routine Transformer Substation, put forward the reform scheme and implementation plan.It has studied the technology scheme of substation intelligent reforms and the intelligence unit assembling on the spot. It has reformed the primary equipment, exalting primary equipment intellectualized level. It perfects secondary equipment, adapting to the transitional demand in there forming period. Using the standard IEC61850,It passes the network exchange message, structures transformer substation communications network. It also expatiates on the programmed operation of the whole substation’s primary, secondary equipment and adopts GOOSE message to realize protection trips and protection closing, startup atresia between protection and equipment operation.
