As the terminal of the ddistribution system, distribution network is directly connected with customers. The power supply capacity and quality of power supply provided by power system to the user need to be implemented and protected by distribution network. Different places have different geographical environment, differernt load density and different distribution network connection modes. Therefore, how to estabilish a generic distribution network dynamic and smart connection system depending on the density of different planning area has become a serious problem.The traditional distribution network research was conducted for the reliability and economy analysis of some common connections, lacking of a comprehensive evaluation of different boundary conditions. On the basis of connecting the commom used connection modes in different countries, a new theory of elementary connection is proposed and different elementary connections can be combined to form the distribution network that meets the needs of different planning areas according to certain derivation rule. Secondly, a cluster of improved safety indicators is raised based on k(n-1+1) safety standards to describe the safety of radial and ring network. Thirdly, according to the evaluation conditions of elementary connection, a new dynamic evaluation system of distribution network is established by the use of fuzzy membership function and weighted thought, to achieve the dynamic evaluation and intelligent selection of distribution network derivated from elementary connections. Example analysis shows the feasibility and superiority of the proposed distribution network dynamic and smart connection system. It has a certain significance for distribution network planning.
