The water supply system is the infrastructure to ensure social stability andeconomic development. Nowadays, water monitoring system has differentcharacteristics at home and abroad has been widely used, reduces the cost of water,improve water efficiency. At present, most of China’s water supply system is the use ofrelay or independent PLC control, for water use of modern chemical enterprises, thewater could distance plant several kilometers or tens of kilometers, water supply systemso long exist the problems of cable laying, signal transmission, remote monitoring inremote monitoring and control.This topic using WINCC ladder diagram programming language for softwaredesign, and the use of Siemens PLC S7-300signal transmission, control system andGPRS both technology com. Monitoring method, realizes the remote monitoring systemof water supply device of real-time data monitoring, real-time alarm, historical dataquery, operation log query functions, improve equipment operation monitoring safety,cost savings, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This subject to remote water supply device Yankuang Guohong Chemical Co., Ltd.as the carrier, in-depth study of the design and implementation of GPRS technology inremote automatic monitoring system for water supply, the main contents are as follows:1, according to the actual needs of the remote monitoring system, work flow chartis given the overall design and based on the data to produce a data transmission dataprocessing. On the basis of analysis of the current in some common communicationmodes and control equipment, selection of communication mode and the design ofhardware, the overall structure of the remote monitoring system.2, the function and structure of the control system; PLC the design andimplementation of data acquisition, the command response, the field control softwarebased on language; and through the method of programming statements on the softwaredesign and implementation.3, a detailed analysis of TCP/IP (transmission control/Internet), UDP (UserDatagram Protocol), Modbus three, establish the monitoring center, the mobile gateway, DTU (data terminal equipment), RTU (RTU) between efficient data channel, the datatransmission case, research based on the GPRS (general packet radio service) wirelessDDN (digital data network) solution, and the selection of GPRS terminal equipment,realize the data transmission accurate, efficient.This topic design is completed, the system performance and the control functionsare tested, all tests are passed, has been up and running, the running results show thatthe DCS control system has fast response, high control precision, the control has theadvantages of good quality, meet the design requirements.The system has been running in the macro water pipe network of automaticmonitoring of remote water supply design. The monitoring center shows the overalloperation of the system the effect of comprehensive analysis of the system, prove thatthe flow control to achieve the expected goal, achieved considerable economic benefitsand good social benefits.
