Distribution of electricity is the management tool to ensure the safe and stable opartion of power grid. In the backdrop of building smart grid, the intelligence of distribution is the fist to bear the brunt. How to help dispatchers getting rid of raditional ways of handmade operation order, and ensure the safty and reliability of grid distribution, is a big question to electric experts at home and abroad. This paper is based on existing power grid distribution intelligent operation order and anti-misoperation system, and gets out an optimal design of the system. Theoptimal design is aimed at two nucleus modules:the fuction of intelligent operation and the fuction of intelligent anti-misoperation, combined with concrete condition of actual power grid. Though in depth analysis of needs of power grid distribution, laying the theoretical foundation of the system design. Thispaper has study design out these:the polytype operation order, building of the custom attributes, realizing the organization ticket amied at the power grid of Daqing Oilfeld; the reverse reasoning and realizing the special rules amied at control center of Guizhou Province. And this paper also gets out the design plan of the library of secondary device. By the study of application of the intelligent anti-misopration, it gets out the optimal design plan of the locking process of intelligent anti-misoperation and the judgement of big or small mains side. The system has been applied in the actual power grid. And its practicability and validity have been proved. So, it assuredly can help dispatchers to improve their work efficiency.
