Integrative And All-net Controlled Intelligent Anti-misoperation Operation Instructions System Research Of Power Dispatching

Operation instructions system how to achieve modern management philosophy, process optimization and systems-oriented application integration is a worthy of in-depth study of the problem. Therefore, based on the power system business platform and analyzed two aspects of demand from directly controlled over operations and management, this paper developed integrative and all-net controlled intelligent anti-misoperation operation instructions system (power dispatching system) .The system has established a highly adapted power enterprises business graphics system,a universal rule base and intelligent reasoning mechanisms, achieve system and SCADA systems to receive real-time data. Using workflow and database technology achieved the data association of power dispatching system and the substation. Designed four kinds of making instructions methods, achieved the function of simulated preview, process management and audit ,risk point analysis and pre-control. The system has improved three indicators of universe, intelligence and user-maintainable and applied in power dispatching centre of Zhongwei in Ningxia Province.
