Research On Landscape Design Of Riverfront From The Point Of Tourism

Waterfront is the most important and sensitive areas to city environment and the economy civilization, which closely contact with the urban ecological, cultural, economic and other factors. Lanzhou,as a major city in the Northwest of China, where the Yellow river is across the center of the city, owns unique nature and humanity landscape, offers plenty of landscape resources and further development. The Yellow River Customs Line attracts both local people and tourists. Landmark landscapes such as the statue of Yellow River Mother, the theme park of Water Wheel Park and Dragon Park, the Yellow River bridge of Zhongshan Bridge. They are very impressive, and add color for the city.By learning experience both at home and abroad and finding defects in present situation, this paper takes Lanzhou for example to clear about the riverfront planning strategy. In order to improve riverside space environment quality and rich the content of the visit, the paper has put forward the landscape design of riverfront and the plan of tourist routes.The whole paper is conduced from four parts:The first piece is the introduction in the first chapter. It expounds the background, purpose and meaning of this thesis. It introduces the case at home and abroad. And it comes to the structure of the research.The second piece is the theoretical basis in the second chapter. It summarizes the theoretical basis about riverside space landscape design, including the definition of riverside space, city tourism and so on.In theory, basic principles of riverside space landscape design are put forward.The third piece is on situation and development in the third chapter. This pare tells briefly the general situation of Lanzhou, and detailed introduce the development history of Lanzhou riverside space. Combined with the actual survey, it points out the design flaw. According to the use requirements of people, the landscape design overall goals of Lanzhou riverside space are put forward from three aspects, including greening, culture and tourism.The last piece mainly discusses the design concept in the forth chapter and the fifth chapter. It includes landscape design and tourism circuit planning. The part of landscape includes riverside road,riverside green and beach. The part of tourism circuit planning point out the design thought of improving the tourism characteristics.
