The Research On Riverside Landscape Planning Of Nanpu River From The Perspective Of Space Justice

Space justice is the criterion for the production,possession,utilization,exchange and consumption of space resources,which is often used in the allocation of urban and rural spatial resources.The fundamental of space justice is to balance the relationship among the various elements in space,to maintain its reasonable order,and to ensure the interests of the various subjects in space are relatively balanced in the equal game.With the acceleration of urbanization,rapid economic development and the increased urban population,China has experienced problems such as shortage of urban and rural construction land,excessive resource development and growing urban-rural gaps.River resources,due to their dual attributes of society and nature,are an important source of urban and rural economic development and an object of competition among many stakeholders.River space has changed from the original natural space to the economic space that people constantly demand from it.With the change of the human's water control idea and the transformation of tasks in different periods,the emphasis of river management has changed from ensuring water security and water supply to taking into account water ecological restoration and water environment construction,which can provide people with beautiful water environment and water landscape space to achieve the goal of human-water harmony.Riverside landscape construction is the product of human behavior acting on the natural environment,that is the redistribution and reproduction of space,in which human activities play a decisive role in the justice of space production and distribution.Any human practice at the expense of space resources or at the expense of the interests of other stakeholders is a manifestation of the destruction of space justice.In the development,utilization,protection and management of rivers,the unfair distribution of river space caused by the game among the stakeholders leads to the unfair enjoyment of resources among people,the disharmonious relationship between man and nature,and the unbalanced development of economic growth and natural resources.Due to the excessive hardening and solidification caused by design subject's basic interests and conservative preferences,there are many phenomena that violate the Space justice in the construction of riverside landscape.Based on the theory of "space justice",this paper systematically and comprehensively analyses the riverside landscape,and makes a thorough study of the phenomenon and solutions for the lack of space justice.Through the collation and induction of the theory of space justice and the related literature of riverside landscape planning,the relationship between space justice and riverside landscape planning is discussed.From the perspective of space justice,this paper summarizes the problems existing in Riverside landscape planning from the perspectives of people and people,people and rivers,rivers and cities,puts forward the principles of riverside landscape planning,and puts forward solutions from planning ideas,planning concepts,planning methods and public participation.Through on-site investigation and questionnaires,the present situation of Nanpu River landscape and residents' landscape needs were summarized.Combining with the theoretical research results and referring to relevant practical cases,this paper analyses the lack of spatial justice in the riverside space of Nanpu River from the perspective of spatial justice.According to the development planning of Pucheng County and the analysis of the current situation of Nanpuxi,the principles,objectives,themes,concepts,layout,strategies and methods of the planning are determined.According to the combination of theoretical research and practical cases,the manifestation of spatial justice in riverside landscape planning can be summarized into three aspects: equal distribution of riverside landscape resources,perfect integration of rivers and urban and rural space,and harmonious coexistence of people and water.Hope to provide new ideas and directions for Riverside Landscape planning.
