ZhuangKe tsui bridge is located in the northeast of Yuanzhou District. In such a valley ofsteep slope in the loess region, select the T-rigid frame bridge, in accordance with the localconditions, is economical and reasonable. The girder uses the single cell box of prestressedconcrete structure, and the pier of the T-rigid is thin-walled and hollow. The bridge span is96+96m and the height of the pier is50m. The T-rigid frame is characterized by consolidationof girder and pier. But here the stress is relatively complex, and cracks happened in zero blockin the previous construction. The bridge studied in the article is in the loess region, and thetheoretical study about the T-rigid bridge in loess region is immature. So it is very essential toanalyze the stress of pier girder consolidation, to guide the construction of similar engineeringin the future.The article, on the background of the ZhuangKe tsui bridge, expand the work of thestudy of the pier beam consolidation, followed by several aspects of works:(1) According the bridge’s practical construction progress, establish the finite model ofthe bridge under the large-scale finite element analysis program Midas/FEA. Use solidelements to simulate the whole bridge construction stage, and analyze the regularities ofdistribution about the pier beam consolidation throughout the whole construction process onbase of the finite model. The loads produced during the construction progress as well as theservice stage are considered. The former includes self-weight, prestressing force, cradle loadand wind load. The later includes second dead load and uneven settlement under thefoundation. The theoretical analys results are obtained on these works about the stess of pierbeam consolidation.(2) Stress monitoring is proceeded on site during the construction process in the fieldtest. The test elements are arranged on different positions of roof, web and and floor of thezero block, so as to pick up the stress monitoring data on the key points. And then comparethe theoretical results with the actual monitoring data and analyze them to verify thecorrectness of the theoretical results.(3) Establish the finite element solid model of the demisemi pier beam consolidationtosimulate the construction of the casting process of zero block. On base of the finite model,analyze the temperature field produced by the role of the hydration heat in the casting processof pier beam consolidation. Then we can obtain the temperature distribution curves. Arrangethe temperature sensing on the critical sections of pier beam consolidation to test the actualtemperature in the casting process. Compare the actual temperature with the theoretical temperature and finally reach divisions the hydration heat temperature field and temperaturestress distributions.
