In this paper, the impact of gas column natural frequency on pipeline vibration ofcompressors is mainly studied, and the impact of gas column natural frequency on variety ofdifferent pipeline structures is also discussed and analyzed. According to classical acousticwave theory, using modal analysis method to calculate and analyze the gas column naturalfrequency. This method can not only improve speed of modeling, but also avoid root leakagephenomenon in the traditional method. On the basis of numerical calculation, the results isverified by using acoustic simulation experiment.Modal analysis method proposed in this paper is acoustic modal analysis by using finiteelement software. Establish the finite element equation according to classical acoustic wavetheory, build different pipeline column model by using finite element software, coupled withthe appropriate boundary conditions, using unsymmetric to analyze the model. This methodcan calculate any shape of the pipeline system of compressors accurately and quickly.Acoustic simulation experiment can directly measure the gas column natural frequencyof the pipelines through experiments of simulating resonance of gas column which is based onprinciples of acoustic wave propagation. In this system, stimulate the air in the experimentalpipeline by different acoustic signal, it will resonance when they frequency coincide, then wecan get the natural frequency. The principles and processes of this experimental method arevery close to the real pipe resonance, this method can analyze any shape of the pipelinesystem accurately and reliability. In this paper, based on simulation method, the impact of piping components on gascolumn natural frequency in the pipeline system of compressors is studied by using numericalcalculation and acoustic simulation experiment. The impact of gas column natural frequencyon different conditions is analyzed, the possibility of resonance under the same conditions;due to the combined effects of various piping components, the natural frequency appearsirregular changes, this is not conducive to reduce the vibration of the compressors in theworking time.Through this research, validated the result of finite element numerical calculation isaccurate and reliable, also got the impact of gas column natural frequency on variety ofdifferent pipeline structures, the longer of straight pipe length, larger of angle, greater thedegree of valve closure, the more prone to resonance. The way to avoid the resonance isprovided in the design of compressor piping system, and it improve the security and reliabilityof the piping system...
