As the basic mechanical components with high precision, rolling bearing iswidely used in machine devices; the quality of bearing affects the performance of theentire machine devices directly. The performance indicators of deep groove ballbearing include service life, noise, vibration, reliability, etc. With the constantimprovement of bearing manufacturing technology and the increase requirement ofthe bearing performance, the bearing vibration performance has become one of themost important indicators to judge the quality of rolling bearing.To study the impact of bearing structural parameters on vibration and optimizethe bearing design parameters, deep groove ball bearing is selected as research objectin this paper. Besides this, the structure parameters of bearing are selected as thefactors that may influence bearing vibration, the vibration speed is selected asevaluation index. At the end, the vibration signal features of deep groove ball bearingare explored from aspects of simulation and test.Firstly, the background and significance of deep groove ball bearing vibrationresearch are described briefly, the domestic and foreign status of bearing vibrationresearch are introduced. On this basis, the main contents of this paper are given.Secondly, three structural parameters(groove curvature radius coefficient ofinner raceway, groove curvature radius coefficient of outer raceway and radialclearance) of deep groove ball bearing are selected as influence factors, and eachfactor is set to three levels, on this way, the structure of the bearing were studied byorthogonal test design.Thirdly, the bearing structure and structure parameters are introduced, anonlinear three degree of freedom vibration model is established based on Hertzcontact theory and Newton’s second law. The flow chat of this model is designed,and the model is solved by using the Runge-Kutta algorithm in Matlab.Then, based on the orthogonal test design results, the vibration speed is obtained results and test results of different structural parameters are analyzed from timedomain, frequency domain and energy distribution, some rules of bearing structuralvibration are obtained.Finally, the research content and the research results of this paper aresummarized. Based on previous research and the research results of this paper, thefuture research directions are proposed.
