In conjunction with enterprise scientific research Project,use the technology of Multi-rigid-body modeling and rigid-flexible coupling modeling.This article according to initial design provided by a manufacturer of excavators, utilized Multi-rigid-body modeling to carry on the kinematics and dynamics simulation research to a face-shovel hydraulic excavator working device, reorganize the working device structure program, the working range and the digging force performance. Then, This article main research work is as follows:Simulation and analysis of dynamic strength by the rigid-flexible coupling modeling.This article main research work is as follows:1) Based on original data,3D solid model of face-shovel hydraulic excavator was built by UG software, exported it as a PARASOLID file and imported it into MSC.ADAMS, add restraint to built mechanical model of the working device; add a drive to built kinematics simulation model.Through kinematics simulation of the working device, got the mining envelope diagram of initial design program and main performance index of working range.simulation results show that the working device could work for typical working conditions.2) System into the kinematics model to build the dynamics model of the working device in ADAMS/Hydraulics. through theoretical analysis of the working device maximum digging force, the design scheme of dynamic model of bucket rod maximum digging force simulation.Through dynamics simulation of the working device, got the maximum arm digging force of the initial design program, the force on key hinge point. 3) Using finite element software, change the arm and boom model into the flexible body, Built the virtual prototype model by the rigid-flexible and Mechanical-hydraulic coupling modeling,Simulation of hydraulics dynamics behavior was done using ADAMS/Hydraulics.A digging and lifting processes of hydraulic excavator were simulated and the results gave the whole movement processes of the working mechanism and the strength status of the flexible part successfully,which explicitly stress concentrated area as well as stress-surplus area and propose appropriate solutions.provided a reliable reference for hydraulic excavator design.
