For The no-fans air-cooling systems which adopt the technology of The airtight and self-circulation, The great flap effect which generated by The rator when Their large generator are running will driven The air move in circle in The generator。The cold air blow The generator’s hot Part,Then The cooling air will take The heat to The air cooler to exchange heat with water and it will take The heat out of The generator.The air and water exchange heat continuously in this way, this can ensure that The generator’s temperature in a permitted range stably,and make sure the safety of the generator insulation and mechanical components.According to The requirements of The Dongfang electric machinery company, The Paper combined The equipment’s research status both in domestic and abroad, we proposed an overall program of The wind-pressure testing system which based on LabVIEW platform in this Paper。This system is constituted by the host computer system which used LabVIEW platform and the slave microcontroller system。The test system is divided into two parts, the part of using highly integrated modules acquisition sensor pressure signal,, another part of using the communication module of Advantech’s APAX-5070and APAX-501712-channel analog input module。The LabVIEW platform, using a Modbus/TCP communication protocol, to improve the communication rate and lower the error rate; also we use The access database technology, realized The acquisition, procession, storage, display and report of The signal。Through all testing, The pressure test system based on LabVIEW meet the design requirements。It completed the test of200pressure data and wind pressure value measured error range to meet the requirements。System is stable, simple and has good scalability and low cost, to achieve the design objectives。...
