Along with the development and progress of the era, the model of war is also in thedevelopment and changes. In the concept of modern warfare, high-tech has become theabsolute main melody. The traditional mode of individual combat unit has undergone aqualitative change in the war mode. individual combat system plays an important evendecisive role in the troop fighting. How to reduce the casualties of warfighters in combat isthe important topics in the process of military modernization that our army must face to.The Remote Soldier Individual Pulse monitoring and Command&Control system Basedon BDS puted forward in this paper is a system which can be used to improve the battlefieldimmediately medical level and collaborative capacity between soldiers and the performanceof individual sodier. This system set remote soldiers pulse rate monitoring, positioning, shortmessage communication in one and intergrate the the the battlefield ambulance system andcommand systems. The system realizes remote soldier pulse rate monitoring, soldier positioning, two-wayshort message communication and GIS display using the positioning and communicationtechnology based on BDS. The system includes one or more levels of command center and anumber of portable mobile terminals. The main function of terminal is real time monitoringsoldier status(pulse rate), soldier positioning and two-way remote wireless short messagecommunication between the soldier and command center. Vital signs information includesmany aspects,in this paper,it only involves the pulse rate parameters extracted from the hu-man pulse signals.System uses Bluetooth communication technology to achieve the wireless soldier’s pulseacquisition. Wireless pulse acquisition system consists of a pulse sensor, signal uplift circuit, microcontroller, Bluetooth communication module, and is responsible for the completion ofpulse data collection and transmission. System uses differential dynamic threshold peakdetection method to achieve real-time monitoring of the individual soldier pulse rate. Thispaper adopts secondary development of GIS technology based on LabVIEW and MapX toachieve real-time monitoring of soldiers pulse and pulse rate real-time status display. GIS isan important information channel between man and machine, is an important part of thecommand and control system, making functional modules of the system into an organic whole.Through GIS,the system real-time display soldiers’ attribute information (soldier number, name, blood type, position, etc.), location information and state of life.
