In today’s world, the contradiction between the rapid growth of the car and energyenvironment increasingly stand out, and developed a kind of energy-saving andenvironment-friendly cars become a matter of great urgency. Series hydraulic hybrid systemmakes engine and transmission system decoupling, greatly improve the engine power usage.Hydraulic accumulator of quick charge-put further improves the engine capacity utilization.Thus, the system effectively improves vehicle fuel economy and is considered to be one of thebest feasible ways in improving vehicle fuel economy. As a result, it has certain theoreticalsignificance and value of practical application to development Series hydraulic hybridvehicle.Through analyzing the characteristics of the flow coupling system and pressure couplingsystem and according to the requirements of vehicle transmission system, for two coupledmodes synthetically, and puts forward a kind of a new type of flow rate-pressure couplingcontrol mode, make up for the deficiency of the single coupled way. To actual engineeringconstraints, it has been analytical studies that design of the vehicle performance index and itsinteraction with power system, optimization of the key components of the matching relation,and put forward a set of hydraulic drive system design criteria.Vehicles and key components control model is presented in this paper. Under thesimulation software of the AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink, its physical and controlsimulation model is build. It has realized data exchange by the interface communication ofsoftware, gives full play to the advantages of the double platform, and improves theeffectiveness and accuracy of the simulation results.Finally, a study on simulation analysis of a commercial vehicle is carried out by thesimulation platform. The research result shows that:(1)Put forward the rule of traditionalhydraulic system design can better meet the actual requirements of the vehicle, providestheoretical basis for further research(;2)Put forward the control method of double motor drivewith double parameters can effectively improves the transmission efficiency of hydraulicmotor.(3) The rational use of accumulator can not only effectively braking energy recycling,but also improve the utilization ratio of engine capacity.In a word, the series hydraulic hybrid vehicles in input and output of power caneffectively improve service efficiency, so the further study of this subject can furtherimproved vehicle fuel economy...
