Research On Schedule Management Of HY Nuclear Power Project Phase One

The construction of nuclear power plant project is a huge project has hightechnology characteristics, a long construction period, the huge investment, interfacemultiple and complex, the construction of nuclear power project management is verydifficult. The project schedule management is the core of nuclear power constructionproject management, the effect of management is directly related to the project tens ofbillions of investment income effect. It is necessary to study the nuclear power projectconstruction schedule management, in order to sum up experience, optimize themanagement, improve the return on investment to shorten the construction period.Study on the method of literature this paper, starting from the nuclear powerproject management, introduced the nuclear power project management and schedulemanagement features. Through the investigation and study analysis of the HY nuclearpower project management model, introduced the schedule management mode andsystem which matching the project management mode; based on research on schedulemanagement and progress control, by using the method of investigation and empiricalanalysis of the shortcomings of the schedule management, proposed method of theschedule optimization and the progress control optimization, focus on the classificationof conventional island schedule activities code system, multi-level planning linkagemethod, progress measurement method. The finally, Analysis of the factors affecting theproject progress, and combining the characteristics of a HY nuclear power project, andput forward some measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the projectschedule.
