| Building a modern industrial system,sticking to the focus of economic development on the real economy,and promoting new industrialization are the basic requirements for modern enterprises.Under the new economic situation,the development of the real economy requires the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,which is the only way for China’s enterprise economic development.For enterprises,the upgrading and transformation of enterprises will inevitably bring about the rapid development of prefabricated buildings,which are usually designed and managed by means of informatization and mechanization.Therefore,how to efficiently and timely complete enterprise construction becomes the key.In the progress management research of this kind of construction project,critical path method,plan review method and other methods can be used to optimize and control the progress management,but there are many shortcomings,such as lack of overall planning,lack of constraint consideration of resources,lack of project progress control system,etc.Therefore,reasonable optimization and allocation of resources can improve the project schedule management and greatly benefit the completion of the project.This paper takes the NLY biotechnology plant construction project of YH Company as an example to study and analyze the project schedule management.Analyze the current situation of project schedule management,find out the existing problems,and control and optimize the project schedule to achieve the goal of completion on time.This paper is divided into five major aspects.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the method and content of project schedule management and the research of domestic and foreign scholars.The second part gives an overview of the NLY biotechnology plant construction project,project objectives and project management status of YH Company.The third part analyzes the initial schedule of the NLY biotechnology plant construction project of YH Company,and puts forward and analyzes the problems in the project schedule management.In the fourth part,considering the influence of resources and other factors,the critical chain method is used to optimize the project schedule and monitor it.The fifth part puts forward effective guarantee measures that conform to the schedule management of the NLY biotechnology plant construction project of YH Company from three aspects of project construction resources,management and technology.Through the control and research on the progress management of the NLY biotechnology plant construction project of Shandong Rongcheng YH Company,this paper has played a positive role in promoting the implementation of the project and ensuring the timely completion of the project.At the same time,through the application of the relevant methods of project progress management,the theory and practice are combined,which provides a certain reference for the future progress management research of similar plant construction projects. |
