| As the continuous development and improvement of Chinese high way network, road maintenance becomes a shinning topic which cannot be ignored any more. High way maintenances are divided into three parts by the Technical Specification of Highway Maintenance, which are normal maintenance, special projects maintenance and overhaul works. In these, normal maintenance is the daily service for pavement. Special projects maintenance and overhaul works are the main methods for pavement repair. Different technologies can be used for the pavement maintenance according to different damage of the road. Because of the increasing maintenance cost due to separately purchasing for those complex construction equipments, regional maintenance centers need to be set up cost efficiently. Proper technology should be chosen to achieve the pavement maintenance according to different damage of the road.To optimize the mechanical configuration of maintenance center, this article explains researches on the setup of the maintenance center which is based on the factory made hot mix recycling technology of asphalt.This paper has described the basic principles and construction process of hot mix asphalt pavement regeneration in plant; Conducted a comprehensive analysis of various aspects of construction machinery. By utilizing the combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the mixing equipments was selected, which is the most important machine of the hot mix asphalt pavement regeneration in plant. Three key factors were taken into consideration in this paper:the cost for establishment of asphalt mix plant, transportation costs of recycled asphalt pavement and asphalt mixture, along with an analysis of restriction of construction technology, freeway, a solution to determine the location of regional maintenance center for freeway was advanced. Besides, the configuration of machinery was conducted from both static and dynamic view. Static configuration determined the scale of the maintenance center; dynamic configuration could direct the combination of construction machinery. |
