Research On The Asphalt Pavement Maintenance Planning And Decision-making

With the rapid development of China's highway, the road network has taken shape and the density of road network has rised in the past two decades. A lot of disease began to emerge when the age of Highway increased, which has seriously affected the level of Highways service,so the research on Asphalt pavement conservation planning and decision-making is putting on the agenda. Based on the research at home and abroad,this paper analysed the asphalt pavement maintenance and decision-making program ,discussed the maintenance mechanical configuration model and research the conservation economic evaluation methods. It also put forward some advice to improved some models.(1) This paper summarized the date needed to collect,date collection methods and some common equipment ,which used in evaluation Asphalt pavement. According to the norms and some references, it proposed four evaluation indicators. This paper also established linkages between collecting data and indicators,in order to improve the evaluation system.(2) Choosing asphalt pavement programs and pavement maintenance machinery are two main aspects in asphalt pavement maintenance planning and decision-making program, which this paper discussed as a whole and discussed according to the order of the conservation project. When chosing conservation programs,this paper studied the commonly used item-level and network level methods,then proposaled a more realistic decision-making method. It also improved some models wakeness and proposed using Matlab to support decision-making and planning,combined with powerful computing and graphics functions of Matlab. Then it added the methods which used in dividing conservation section and in analysing conservation needs, so as to further improve the conservation programs.(3)This paper analysed the performance and the basic parameters of maintenance machinery. It discuss maintenance machinery configuration model to four parts ,which were minor maintenance repairs machinery, overlay maintenance machinery, rebuilding machinery and slurry seal maintenance machinery, then proposed a algorithm to solve this models.(4)When carrying out conservation economic evaluation,this paper taken choosing asphalt pavement programs and pavement maintenance machinery as two separate assessment ,which has economic links. Some suggestions was also proposed to improve the wakeness of economic evaluation models.The research results enrich the Asphalt pavement conservation planning and decision-making theory,it also can provide a reference basis for highway conservation management.
