Study On The Preventive Maintenance Of Asphalt Pavement Of Beijing-qinhuangdao Highway

With the development of the highway transportation business, the preventative maintenance of the Asphalt pavement is attached importance extensively more and more. Because the preventative maintenance makes the Asphalt pavement exert enormous benefit, in order to prolong the service life on road surface and it is significative to study and apply the relevant problems of preventative maintenance technology and improve the service level on the road surface.In the paper, I will study technology of preventative maintenance of the Asphalt pavement. On the basis of consulting and studying both national datum and abroad datum, I test in the room and measure on the spot to study the problem, firstly, preventative maintenance technology is classified in terms of material, construction method, including material of stuffing cracks , material of spreading surface, material of occluding surface and material of covering surface.On the basis of testing in the room systematically, the opportunity index system of preventative maintenance based on bitumen road surface function performance Security index have been proposed, such as the aging criteria of the Asphalt, infiltrate coefficient of road surface , security criteria of traveling crane on the road, IRI and the ability of resisting to be corroded.In the paper, the various construction crafts of preventative maintenance technology are summed up and summarized overallly and objectively, two preventative maintenance method such as regenerated pharmaceutical for sealing layers of ERA-C and sealing layers of STAR-SEAL SUPREME that are not adopted on the Beijing-Qinghuangdao highway are adopted, at the same time, the different performance criteria of the testing sections of the highway are observed for a long time, the paper draw a conclusion that performance against water of the tested section is better than the performance against water of the parallel section; the performance against being slipped and being corroded by oil and dirt of STAR-SEA is better than that of ERA-C; but economy index and the performance against being cracked of ERA-C is better than those of STAR-SEAL.In order to detailed maintain plan, various preventative maintenance measures of asphalt pavement are compared with each other and analyzed by applying analytic approach of the lifespan expense of the each measure.
