Recently, the design of chaotic circuit based on memristor turns into a newdirection of chaotic circuit’s designation. Comparing with traditional chaotic circuit,memristive chaotic circuits have more complex chaotic characteristics. In addition tothe sensitivity of circuit’s parameters, system behavior also relies on the initial valueof memristor. The chaotic signal come from memrsitve chaotic circuit has strongerpseudo-randomness, more application prospects are suplied In traditional chaotic fielddue to these specialities. So the research and design of memrsitve chaotic circuit is ofconsiderably practical significance. In this paper, Some work on the design ofmemrsitve chaotic circuit and related-application has been done as follows:(1) The piece-wise and smooth model are usually applied memristor model now, anew memristor model has been obtained via adding a linear item to the smooth model.The results based on the analysis of the i-v curve matches to the relative theory well.Then, a new five-order memrsitve chaotic circuit has been established based on thisnew-built memristor model.The conventional dynamic analysis method is used to getthe theoretical analysis results, and the matlab simulation results of which verify thecorrectness of the theoretical analysis.(2) We explored the rules contained in the design of high-order memrsitve chaoticcircuits. A smooth memristor model based five-order MLC oscillator was establishedaccording to a three-order memristive MLC ossilator. The research results show thatthis oscillator is a hyper-chaotic circuit with an equilibrium point set on the2D plane.On that basis, we summed up the rules lied in the high-order memrsitve chaoticcircuits in two directions of even and odd orders.(3) We designed two schemes of signal detctor and chaotic sigal generator based onmemristive chaotic circuits. Firstly, The fundamental principles of the duffingoscillator and chaotic signal generator based weak Sinusoidal signal detector weresimply listed, the Advantages and disadvantages of which were also supplied.Then,we designed the schemes in these application fields on account of the memristivechaotic circuits, the feasibility analysis of these schemes was taken later. The resultsshow that certain application value is found in these application fields and theseschemes are also feasible.The memristive chaotic circuit given in this paper and its application in weak signal detection and signal generator have certain theoretical and practical value.
