Since2008,the study of memristor has many new achievements,especially research in nano-devices,modeling,simulation,application and so on.Although, domestic research on memrist-or start latterly,there are many new achievements in the memristor applications.Compared with other countries,domestic research focus on HP non-linear model,and researching on others is relatively lag.The gap in the other field,such as device fabrication,modeling,simulation and oth-er aspects is still very large.This paper introduces the background and significance of the subject, through the analy-sis of current research, pointed out the lack of a memristor in modeling simulation and appli-cations;introduces the definition and the nature of the memristor and Memristor system and preliminary analysis the basic characteristics of HP physical memristor using Spice model.HP memristor and other two types model are simulatd and analyzed.Analysis the impact on resist-ance change inequality and boundary effects from window function are related;we model the AFRL and experimental memristor from experiment data and analysis the resistance.Through reverse the multiplier side and diode,improved the floating emulator. Considering the memri-stor can not share the same ground,an OTA based emulator is proposed.Its structure is very simple,and share the same groud,besides,the output current is very easy to calculate.An active memritor model with squared term in the derivation equation of the internal state variable is proposed.Through the memristor static and dynamic characteristics analysi-s,we found that static characteristics of current changes within a certain range,and the dynami-c i-v characteristics are inclined "8" in2and4quadrants,and static and dynamic characteristics are symmetry.And experimentally verified it.A chaotic circuit system is constructed based on this model containing only three elements.of capacitance,inductance and memristor.The syste-m contains only one equilibrium point and the attractor is symmetry about the origin.By Lya-punov exponent spectrum and bifurcation diagram of the system we found that different resistance parameters will cause dif-ferent ways to exit bifurcation. Chaos get through circuit experiment.Non-autonomous chaotic system including inductance and memristor and AC power is obtained and the chaotic circuit is sensitive to voltage and frequency parameters.
