With the progressive development of a variety of distributed energy grid and smartdistribution network, distribution network is gradually shifting to a multi-power intelligentsystem. Data of the new system not only becomes huge, but also requires the ability toself-analysis self-judgment, and self-treatment, data processing and accommodatingcapabilities of traditional distribution network system are limited, it is difficult to adapt to thedevelopment needs of the grid, so it is necessary to seek a design scheme, which can adjust tothe development of smart distribution network.Information, automation and interaction are three characteristics of the intelligentdistribution network, information exchange architecture design is the core foundation of openand flexible distribution network of the intelligent system. In order to achieve efficientanalysis and information integration applications, eliminate the phenomenon of "islands ofinformation" between heterogeneous systems, combined with digital information technology,the paper points out an information exchange system based on the Enterprise Service Bus.The excellent feature that makes the system loosely is able to let other systems not to makeany changes,via the ESB bus based on the standard "message" mode of the CIM model andXML document of the IEC61968/IEC61970, the application will exchange information andshare resources more normative and efficiency. It is innovative that using the Fast SOAarchitecture, namely using the middle layer buffer, combined with XML, XQuery and nativeXML database processing technologies to speed SOA, so as to improve the performance ofexisting SOA system. This system is applied to smart distribution network planning,theintelligent distribution network system and the intelligent distribution network regulationintegrated platform will be designed, design application module, considering such asintelligent monitoring and optimization run, intelligent early warning, self-healing distributionnetwork optimization, network access and control of micro intelligent analysis models will beestablished. Discussing data fusion technology in its module applications, a simulatingexample of IEEE-14verify the timeliness and feasibility of the method.Meanwhile, the system used in an actual project of Hexi area distribution networkplanning from2013to2015, carried out the planning of the intelligent distribution network,and built a digital distribution automation system, share information between the variousapplications of the distribution network, so as to provide a reference for the intelligent distribution network of different regions.
