Safely, stably, fast driving state is an important requirement of the modernization of railways. As a basic structure of the railway track, Railway embankment is the key point whether the train can maintain safely, stably, high-speed operation. With a developing of underground rail transport and there are more and more high-speed railway line being operation, it can make an effect on the roadbed of railway inevitably when carry out a construction of the subway under through the high-speed rail. It maybe give rise to the roadbed be out of shape by the way of settlement,swell and the horizontal displacement and so on, which seriously affect the driving safety and the stability of the railway embankment. Because of that, it is necessary to set up an effective security monitoring system of scientific and reasonable so that can monitor the deform of existed rail when construct a underground rail, ensure the safety of high-speed rail’s running.In this paper, combine the engineering of "Beijing subway beneath the Beijing-Tianjin Intercity, automated monitoring the Beijing-Shanghai railway embankment deformation. Based on the demand of security, real-time, stable and reliable, carry out the design of the monitoring system to monitor the deform of existing railway’s roadbed and the situation of train through and the gesture catenary pillars in the space. Beside that, it also deal with the data measured in engineering, ansysis the error in that,and take a research in the optimization approach of system date to complete whole work.First, build a complete automatic monitoring system to remote an automatic monitoring of the existing railway embankment, pillars by surrounded and from passing trains to determine the historical time of the train. On the monitor results can reflect the subway beneath the impact of the works on the existing railway comprehensively. Automatic monitoring system with a combination of manual monitoring, not only can take into account the economic but also can guarantee the accuracy of the monitoring, real-time and continuity.Secondly, the tilt sensor as the core to build a monitoring system of the road catenary pillars space posture, carry out the monitoring of the existing railway’s embankment and the space gesture of the catenary pillars all around. Compare with the disturbance to the environment monitoring system’s monitoring results, obtain results that a train passing by has no effect on the results of the space gesture of catenary pillar.Finally, build the roadbed subsidence monitoring system to monitor the existing railway subgrade’s settlement, and the utilize majority analytic methods such as statistical analysis, least squares fitting, Fourier series expansion as well as the composite function and so on to settlement data of Monitor, then establishment of a mathematical model of the data with the outside world influencing factors, and use the Kalman filter data to predict, and optimize the Monitor effect ultimately.
