| screen tension meter is an important measuring instrument to control thescreen printing tension in screen printing companies. It is mainly used for measuringthe screen tension and consistency of the mesh. As the value of screen tension isclosely related to screen printing quality, the research purpose of the topic is toensure the accuracy of screen tension meter’s indication and study on screen tensionmeter calibration method and device. The main research contents are as follows:Firstly, it summed up the screen tension meter calibration research by readingliterature and field missions. As the fewer documents and study on the tensiondistribution of the mesh, so the measuring model of screen tension is constructed byfinite element theory and working principle of screen tension meter.Secondly, it studied the process of simulation analysis in screen tension meter,and get the displacement image and the falling displacement of heavy punch in600×600mm size screen mesh. Then it compared the measurement experiments withthe simulation data to verify the correctness of the simulation analysis. Meanwhile,by changing the conditions, the paper analyzed the amount of influence of mesh sizeand the measurement point position on the measurement results.Finally, according to the screen tension meter calibration method in Germanystandard DIN1611, this paper designed a screen tension meter calibration device byusing the principle of hydraulic. Then the paper presented the instrument calibrationand testing procedures and analyzed the impact of a standard screen size on themeasurement results. According to the sources analysis of measurement uncertainty,the uncertainty of device was assessed. The expanded uncertainty of the calibrationresult is1.4%FS (k=2). The accuracy requirements of screen tension metercalibration were met and have a wide range of practical application. |
