As the wind power construction is reinforced in china,the capacity of wind power is on the increase,the effect along with the large-scale integration on the power system is increasingly prominent,bringing about Voltage Quality control and that is becoming the main restriction factor of the development of wind nenegy in china.In addition,the voltage fluctuation is highly increased as well as the difficulty in scheduling because of the integration of large-scale wind power, while the quality of volage is badly decreased.For the sake of alleviating the pressure of operators on the condition of guaranteeing energy quality and economy,it is necessary to analyse the operation state of actual grid and formulate scientific strategies for the use of reactive power optimization and voltage control.In this paper,it forcuses on the study of reactive voltage control strategies aming at the region with a large-scale integration of wind energy.The model of a wind power generation and wind power plant is built in the PSASP as well as the model of steady-state analysis、transient stability、static voltage stability in power system with the integration of wind energy.In steady state analysis,the reactive power configuration and voltage control strategies is proposed,on account of the analysis of the different output of a wind power generation,with the dynamic process of wind energy and voltage is taken into consideration,the strategies for reactive power and voltage optimized control based on multy-scene technology is put forward.In transient stability analysis, the three-phase-to-ground short circuit fault in main transmission lines for wind energy and the influence in the transient stability by the variation of wind speed is mainly forcused. The bus voltage margine for main buses is figured out and the fragile(vunerable) nodes in the grid is identified in the static voltage stability analysis.
