Since reform and opening up, China’s economy has been in rapid development, and themotor in the major industries of the national economy such as industry, agriculture, transport,there is a wide range of applications. In recent years, with the permanent magnet synchronousmotor manufacturing cost is reduced, the rapid development of power electronics technologyand the expansion of full digital control technology, there are so many application prospect ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor in a wide range of fields such as of hybrid cars, railtransportation, elevators and so on. Therefore, research of permanent magnet synchronousmotor control in line with the current development of The Times. And the difficulty ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor control is standing start and sensorless control.In this article, through reading a large number of references at home and abroad,analyzed the research development of permanent magnet synchronous motor control,adopt thesensorless vector control method to realize control of permanent magnet synchronous motor.By establishing the mathematical model of permanent magnet synchronous motor, analysis ofpermanent magnet synchronous motor vector control principle, put forward using I-Flow-speed open-loop start-up control strategy, using the sliding mode observer of sensorlessvector control strategy and the simplified algorithm of space vector pulse width modulation.By building the simulation system in the SIMULINK platform of MATLAB to verify thefeasibility of the design system. Finally, write the control programs to debug the machine inan actual motor control platform. Through the experiment test and the experimental waveformanalysis to verify the correctness and feasibility of permanent magnet synchronous motorvector control system. And analysis system of speed control performance and robustness.
