With the development of our society in recent years,our country attaches great importance to the development of ecological civilization.Such as electric vehicles and new energy.They have been greatly developed.This paper mainly studies on the performance of vector control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM).Because of its high efficiency and power density,as well as the simple structure of the internal structure,excellent dynamic performance,torque output stability and so on.So motor control industry has been widely used.Firstly,the structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor and the speed control system are studied in this paper.The vector control theory,the coordinate conversion principle and the establishment of the mathematical model are systematically analyzed;Secondly,the surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor is used in this paper,so the vector control strategy of i_d=0 is selected and the control method of space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)software algorithm is used;At the same time,aiming at the lack of anti-disturbance performance of the traditional vector control system when the load suddenly changes,a reduced-order load torque observer is designed.It can improve the stability of the system torque output and the fineness of the speed regulation;The system simulink is also designed by Matlab software,it includes coordinate change module,SVPWM module,PI regulator module,reduced order torque observer module.Meanwhile,the simulation experiment on the speed regulation performance of the system before and after improvement is carried out;Finally,the hardware experimental platform is designed based on TMS320F2812 control board and IGBT driver board.The PI adjustment algorithm,SVPWM algorithm and M/T rotation speed calculation algorithm are written in C language by CCS6.0 software.At the same time,the experimental and simulation results are verified on the experimental bench.The experimental results show that the vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor has a significant improvement when the load caused by sudden changes in the load.The speed regulation performance is improved,the system torque output is more smoother in this paper.It also proved the feasibility and effectiveness of the system.
