| Traffic survey is refered to the determination of road traffic flow and related phenomenonfragments, and by carrying on the analysis to understand and master the rule of traffic flow,which is not only based on a kind of objective means, but also a kind of extremely important basicwork..On one hand its purpose is to provide the improvement, optimization of road traffic of theactual reference material and data for urban planning and environmental protection and publictraffic management departments, on the other hand, which provides theory and practice aspects ofsupport for the traffic planning, traffic analysis, road traffic facility design, construction andoperation, traffic management and control, traffic safety and traffic flow theory etc. Whereas in thepast the supported methods for the traffic survey including artificial counting method, thetraditional mechanical counting method, photography method, floating or testing car method,method based on the GPS navigation, photogrammetry method, which exist one or manyinadequacies, such as labor intensity, higher investment, complexity of calculation, larger errors andso on, and now it is a rapid development of science and technology era, especially mobile Internettechnology swept across the world, mobile communication is widely used in enterprises,individuals even on government and military departments,so how to improve the efficiency andmodernization of the traffic survey equipment is a urgent problems need tobe resolved. Becauseandroid system that based on Linux kernel could offer open source and become popular withmore and more program developers and users, so considering the above three big reasons, basedon the android mobile phone platform, this paper developed a way of using the eclipsedevelopment environment and socket communication mode to design and realize a new trafficsurvey counting mode.This paper begins with mobile Internet and traffic survey background, focusing on theanalysis of the the existence deficiency of the current traffic survey method and this system designdemand, and then builds the android development environment and introduces socketcommunication mode. the next step is the design and implementation of whole system functionstructure, including the terminal and the server, the terminal realized the main function includeuser interfaced landing design, user survey time, place, and date input, three kinds of traffic surveymethods and user-defined survey method survey; The main function of server including receivingand displaying the related data information from the terminal. Finally in the basis of the builtenvironment,using java language to design program, and do simulation experiment in the androidvirtual machine, that completed the basic function of the system testing; In addition, this paperalso analyzes a case which uses this development system to investigate traffic flow in the field of guangzhou, and then gets the traffic flow data which can be programmed to a drawing byusing matlab. |
