Research On Expressway Data Survey Technology System

Expressway traffic data survey is fundamental for expressway construction and management, and plays an important role in transportation development. This paper will identify the objective and significance of traffic survey, review and analyse the current technology research of traffic survey to identify the problems, which will be further analysed in the traffic data survey system research in this paper.In this paper the research includes: establishing the traffic survey data survey system for multiplex customers depending on diverse demands; researching methods for diverse parameters of survey system; selecting the surveying equipments and identify the selection standards; analysing the conceptions and demands of traffic data collecting stations layouts; providing the method and application of data analysis; constructing the framework of traffic data application; case study of application for traffic data technology system application.This research will establish the comprehensive traffic data technology system and application framework, which will contribute to improve the traffic data survey. The method applied in the research is the technology system based on analysing the survey and statistic materials and validating the experiment data.
