Most of the traditional digital oscilloscope which has powerful data acquisition, measurement, waveform analysis capabilities use ADC+FPGA+DSP+LCD structure frame to design. However, with the ever-changing new technology, coupled with the small operating system, especially the rise of the smartphone operating system, the software model of traditional digital oscilloscope core single task can not meet the needs of the oscilloscope function. At the same time, most of the traditional digital oscilloscope takes data acquisition module and human-machine interaction module as a whole which can not meet the measurement requirements under the complex and dangerous environment.This subject is based on the original oscilloscope acquisition module which creativity joins the wireless data exchange channel,with smart handheld devices powerful GPU (graphics processor) and data processing capabilities, transfering the oscilloscope image processing and human-machine interaction module to smart handheld devices up, So that not only can enhance the scope of interactive capabilities, but also make the collected modules and interactive modules to separate to achieve mobile measurement.The main work of this paper include:1. The data acquisition module. The data acquisition module in the traditional oscilloscope hardware and software architecture is based on streamlining and modify which removes the display module and keyboard module and add the code that used to data exchange and the user command’s parsed about smart handheld devices.2. Data interact channels. The data exchange channel realizes the data acquisition module and the smart handheld device’s data exchange. The data acquisition module’s interface is USB and the smart handheld devices interact with the outside’s interface is WIFI.The data channel’s target is achieved the purpose that convert the USB signal to WIFI signal.3. Smart handheld device. Smart handheld devices use Android Tablet PC. The Android operating system is an opened source smartphone operating system, the underlying development language is the C language which accesses to the hardware fast. the upper applications using the Java language to development which is easy to program and maintait. Smart handheld devices completes the work of human-computer interaction which includes sending data and receiving data and the display of the waveform interface and menu system construction and accepting the user’s human-computer interaction.4. Data interactive Agreement. Ensuring stable and accurate delivery of data.The data interactive Agreement not only includes the original sampling data packets and user operation command’s building and parsing, but also includes the data transfer mechanism.
