The system can search for irregular driving behaviors and illegal crime, to facilitate inquiries violations, over-speeding, overcrowding, and not complying with the provisions to yielding, and other serious traffic violations. Furthermore it can be used for analysis of the reasons of the accidents, thus providing a basis for the accident accountable. The thesis analyses the vehicle information which include running records, video&audio, On-Board Diagnostic data, electronic map data in the Android platform. And further analyzed using SQLite embedded database, file storage, image processing measures. The major contributions and achievements of this thesis are given below:(1) Rapid and effective information transmission channel is established between the vehicles and the owners at local.Private cars can grasp the vehicles state(time, speed, direction, position).which provide reliable evidence for the subsequent analysis.(2) An audio information retrieval scheme is proposed with time and characteristic value as the key frame for clues.(3) In the aspect of vehicle fault retrieval, this thesis builds the OBD system for guiding the vehicle history and real-time fault diagnosis system, so as to bring convenient for the owners of maintenance and diagnostics.This paper focus on the pressure and stability investigation in Android machine software. The system runs reliably, and the smooth operation of other functions while running the software. The test results show that the software is able to meet the needs of user’s retrieval.
