Prefabricated substation has high-performance of small volume, low cost andhigh reliability, but nowadays the collected data can not reflect the real operationcondition of substation,causing substation voltage, temperature prediction functionand intelligent capacity is low.This paper designs a box-type substation usingintelligent control as the core system. A data collection algorithm of the intelligentcontrol system of Terminal collector is given. The simulation of Voltage, temperatureparameter fitting of method is established using BP neural netwoks.Compared withthe theoretical error that have or have not traditional models as input,the importtanceof traditional models in the application of neural networks is obvious. A Contentmanage system based on C++builder is devoted to improve the power systemoperation, maintenance efficiency.This paper first analyzes the characteristics and advantages of box-typesubstation, and then studies the differences between intelligent box-type substationand traditional substation in terms of hardware and software.Secondly, the functiondemand of intelligent box-type substation has been studied. The materials inintelligent box-type substation are also presented.Thirdly, the control system isconsists of intelligent control system, communication network and the managementsystem. Control system is composed of CPU, measurement, data acquisition, displayand communication module.MCU80C196KC is used as the CPU core to monitoringand collection for voltage, current, temperature, frequency.Finally, A data collectionalgorithm of the intelligent control system of Terminal collector is given. Thesimulation of Voltage, temperature parameter fitting of method is established using BPneural netwoks.Compared with the theoretical error that have or have not traditionalmodels as input,the importtance of traditional models in the application of neuralnetworks is obvious. A content management system designed by C++builder realizedata acquisition, statistical analysis functions and show the box-type substationrunning condition by drawing and digital demonstration.
