| Scroll compressor is widely used in the automotive air conditioning with its high efficiency,simple structure,material-saving low noise and smooth running characteristics.Many years scroll compressor implement automotive refrigeration by internal combustion engine driven.With the shortage of energy and the serious problems of environmental,new energy vehicles is increasingly focused on by the country especially pure electric vehicles.Scroll compressor as an important part of electric vehicle air conditioning system,which compared with the conventional internal combustion engine air conditioning compressor.we can choose a small displacement scroll for higher motor speed which use brushless DC permanent magnet motor in the work process.While limited by the capacity of the battery,new energy electric vehicles need higher in the design and volumetric efficiency.Scroll compressor profile and structural design has always been a high degree of attention at home and abroad,not only closely related to the compressor working performance,but also the development impact of the electric vehicle industry could not be ignored.The general profiles were more optimized by its better feature,which is based on the continuous improvement and optimization of general scroll profile theory.Not only has improved performance of the compressor,but also increased manufacturing difficulty,which requires more precision to those scroll compressor.Based on the principles of the general scroll profiles design,use envelop equidistant curve method and normal equidistant curve method generate scroll profiles.Programing design fixed and orbiting scroll profiles vector based forms of expression in Matlab toolkit,to generate the new general profile by putting Multi-objective function optimization profiles into the program,which provides a simpler method for the study of scroll plate.The volume utilization coefficient and compression ratio of the scroll compressor are taken as the optimization target,set the range of parameters,then optimization of general scroll profiles with Matlab.According to the principle of institutional theory and kinematics,analyzing of the anti-rotation mechanism of the cylindrical pin and establish mechanical model of the orbiting scroll.Three-dimensional model of orbiting scroll and other various parts of the scroll compressor modeling were established by UG,then assembly,and movement vicedefinition link,applied the drive to actual motion simulation.By advanced simulation,general profiles and circle involutes scroll were performed to determine the stress and deformation distributions,compared stress and deformation data of the two type profiles.Finite element analysis of two scroll plates in the ug advanced simulation,which further comparison of the general line and the base circle involute disc under constant pressure stress and strain.The article discussed the main factors,which impact the general scroll machining accuracy,made the process technology program accord to the generation of the scroll profile and the type of anti-rotation structure.Complete the CAM simulation process under the Master CAM9.1.Edited post-processing to produce CNC machining codes.Accorded our design manufacturing method,using Taiwan XQSK-760 vertical machining centers,we get the scroll plate prototypes which meet the design requirements. |
