With the rapid economic growth and the accelerated process of urbanization, a growingnumber of large municipal projects begin to construction. Most of the large municipal projects(such as subway stations, viaducts and other) construction sites are often located on urbanmain road where have lots of crowds and traffic flow,so the construction tends to use limitedroad resources, and give some pressure to the surrounding traffic. As a result, urban trafficcontradiction between supply and demand in the original is becoming more and moreprominent. During the construction period, research on how to improve the surroundingtraffic situation is gradually becoming the region’s hot spot, which is a big part of theproblem.First of all, this article defines and classifies the large municipal engineering according toits features. Founded on the analysis of the basic characteristics of construction sections, thisarticle summarizes the traffic effect of the large municipal engineering construction frommacro angle. As analyzes all factors which effect the road passage capacity on detailed, thisarticle gives calculation method of the road passage capacity during municipal engineeringconstruction, which provides a basis for the research of the local road networkmicrocirculation improvement.Secondly, this article analyzes the principle and characteristics of urban trafficmicrocirculation system, in order to understand the connotation of it. Combined with largemunicipal engineering construction. this article brings the purpose, principles and method tothe improvement of the road network microcirculation system around the construction sites.Subsequently, taking the one-way traffic organization for example, this article builds a trafficmicrocirculation improvement model. Through the analysis of different traffic assignmentmodels, this article introduces the static allocation model as the lower model of the BLP, andthe upper-class model of the Bi-level Programming Model is the layout scheme of one-waystreets. As one-way traffic section can be selected in advance, we can establish a one-wayroad anthology. The optimization goal of the model is going to find the shortest total traveltime of all travelers in the region. Solution of these models can be attributed to the complex mathematical problems, and this article designs a genetic algorithm for solving model, combined with analysis of specific instances. The improvement of traffic microcirculation system can share the traffic pressure of themain road during the construction. However, for the entire system and the social effects of theinhabitant trip, it cannot be evaluated simply from one destination, and it must be consideredwith many other factors, including the income and malpractice. Therefore, the article finallyestablishes a evaluation index system about the microcirculation system improvement. Thisarticle introduces the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to classify allaspects of evaluation factors during the improvement. Specific numerical example will begiven to verify the operability of the Validate method, and you can compare thecomprehensive evaluation of the impact of the evaluation model as a whole.
