At present, the contradiction between urban traffic supply and demand is manifested in the uneven distribution of road resources and low utilization rate.Traffic microcirculation can give full play to the potential value of the branch road, while meeting the regional arrival traffic flow, effectively sharing the urban trunk road traffic, providing new ideas for solving congestion. Therefore, based on the traffic flow characteristics of the microcirculation road network of Zhongguancun Software Park,it is of great significance to improve the traffic efficiency of the park by carrying out relevant research on traffic organization optimization. The main work of this paper includes the following four aspects:Firstly, this paper defines the principle and classification of traffic microcirculation, and explains the necessity of traffic microcirculation to solve the problem of congestion. On the basis of previous studies, this paper further analyzes the system functional characteristics and traffic characteristics of microcirculation network, and elaborates the basic theories and methods of motor vehicle streamline organization, entrance and exit node organization and roadside parking organization in microcirculation traffic, which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent scheme optimization.Secondly, this paper focuses on the geographical location, construction scale, road network layout and traffic streamline problems of Zhongguancun Software Park.Through the investigation scheme design, obtains the traffic control measures and intersection flow in the park, estimates the road flow data, and clarifies the regional traffic flow characteristics. On the basis of existing research, considering the actual traffic conditions of the park, the actual capacity of the road is reduced, and the service level of the road network is determined, which provides a reference for the single line setting of the road section.Thirdly, this paper discusses the one-way adaptability of regional road network, including road network layout, traffic conditions, traffic demand and public transportation system, which shows that the region has the basic conditions of one-way organization. The OD distribution is predicted by Trans CAD,and the demand distribution characteristics of regional traffic flow are further determined.Considering the purpose of one-way traffic and the current congestion situation of alternative road sections, the paper proposes the regional one-way traffic organization scheme. After a single line, generates the traffic flow assignment results under the new road network conditions by changing the road segment attribute data.Based on the evaluation of the change of saturation and traffic time, obtains the optimization effect of one-way organization, and put forwards some measures to reduce the detour distance. Finally, the key areas of Baidu with concentrated demand are studied separately. This paper expounds the characteristics of the area composition, the layout of the entrance and exit of the community and the parking behavior at the roadside.Combined with the current problems and the characteristics of the traffic flow,it puts forward the optimization scheme of the entrance and exit layout and the parking at the roadside. In addition, this paper establishes the simulation scenarios of entrance and exit layout adjustment, roadside parking area setting and one-way traffic combination scheme respectively, uses VISSIM to simulate the traffic operation before and after scheme optimization, and outputs the evaluation results of average travel time, delay time and queue length.According to the comparison of evaluation indicators, explains the implementation effect of the scheme under each scenario.
