Rail transportation is developing rapidly throughout the country because of its efficient transport capacity.Under the double pressures of urbanization and motorization, and the double constraints of ecological environment and land resources, traffic problems of most cities in our country increasingly prominent, therefore, people are actively seek an effective way to ease the traffic situation. In2008rail transit construction in Harbin was started, after the subway put into use, it’s very important and meaningful to study the coordination in urban public transport system.The author researches relevant lines and analysises the relationship,repert sites and distance between all the118revelant lines and Metro No.1.This paper investigated the development situation of urban public traffic system, and found that the main problems of it was low direct passenger rate, unreasonable line set, long route distance, high non linear coefficient and so on, therefore, the author introduced Ant-Colony Optimization which has strong advantage in searching the best paths of problems. In route planning, the author choose a Comprehensive target of the transfer times, travel time,and distance,considering route length, non linear coefficient, constraints of the one-way traffic, etc.This paper hold the main idea of "detailed layout, optimized network" in adjustment and optimization of the network. The relevant lines of metro No.1are adjusted and optimized from the perspective of bus and subway coordinated operation, with the final goal not only completing the task of efficient transport of the passenger, but also avoiding vicious competition between them.Choose54bus lines to adjust according to OD and distance between two sites.The result was proved well.This paper has carried on the simulation analysis of local road network along the metro No.1. Through the evaluation file records and statistical information, a better network performance evaluation and theory-oriented and overall evaluation is proved in conjunction with the good scheduling.
