EOL, short for End of Line, engine off-line systems, is used in engine or vehicle batch production end-of-line detection, in which refers for electronic control engine data management, flash files and adjust off-line tools. EOL system’s main function is realizing in electronic-controlled engine production of different type engine and writing different Control Unit data, besides according to engine manufacturing enterprise production and management of data electronic-controlled engine mentality, EOL system also has the ECU data management, data parameter adjustment, Electric Control system hardware correction, engine operation parameters monitoring and fault diagnosis lamp control and some other functions.In this electronic engine control era, electrical control system as engine core technology has been more and more useful, and all engine manufacturing enterprise take it as the key research projects. EOL system, as electronic engine control system of the upper application support software, is the necessary tool for electronic control system popularization, and in this case electric control system of home-made environment, its research has the necessity and catholicity.The purpose of this subject is based on Weichai power of a joint stock limited company electronic-controlled engine actual production condition, EOL system planning design, combining the automated method realizing EOL system auto nomization. Through the implementation of this topic, we can break foreign electronic control system for electronic engine control system supplier every link of technical monopoly, enhancing the domestic engine enterprise of independent research and development and innovation ability, but also for the overall localization of electric control system provides the upper software support. In this case topic firstly I study the engine control system, manufacturing enterprise information system, then in-depth research business situation and environment of enterprise’s EOL system, combined with modular system design concept, construct the whole EOL system framework, On the basis of overall frame and further to each child module detailed design, and the key of system integration point do of further research. Finally, define this topic EOL system realization ways, and the key technology and innovative points were analyzed and discussed emphatically unfolds. The whole process, continuous use of process design, test analysis, a model of research methods, finally, to build up the whole system’s purpose.
