Test and record the data current, voltage and power of the originalwind turbine by PROVA scenery electrical tester and AVM-01anemometer. Themeasurement data proves that the original wind turbine simulation data unanimouslyconfirmed that the simulation is accurate. The original wind turbine generator motor istested by Taiwan Electrical Industrial Co., Ltd. The test condition is that a DC voltage48V motor drives the rotation of the original generator motor to record voltage, torque,efficiency data at different speeds.Finally, the use of traditional formulas based on the parameters of the original windturbine rated power of the motor design blade radius, angle of attack, the installation angle,a reasonable choice airfoil and complete in Pro/E, Solidworks modeling then import intoANSYS calculations Viewthe at different vertical windward wind speed and the impellerspeed impeller to get the torque generated by eddy currents and other data. Under samewind speed, the rotor speed of the new design blades is about half of that of the originalsmall wind turbine.
