Blade is an important part of the wind turbine, it’s plays an important role in thewind turbine generation. The design and structure optimization of the blade is the keyto improve the conversion efficiency of wind energy. The background of this topic ishorizontal project "TFYD5000-15273KW3000V permanent magnet wind turbinegenerator mechanical computing" of Hunan Electric Group. Directing at the XiangtanRuibang electrical company’s transverse development project "wind turbine design andmanufacturing", combined with the theory of aerodynamics, using the finite elementanalysis method, the research is conducted to design and optimize of2KW windturbine blade. The main research work of this article are as follows:1.Based on aerodynamic theory, according to the design model of Glauerttheory, select FX63-100airfoil, MATLAB software are used to calculate the leafdirection showing the foline section torsion angle and chord length; Use Profilisoftware to get original data of blade airfoil, then use EXCEL software based on pointcoordinate transformation principle to get space foline cross section data of the blade,Finally, Use pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional entity model of theblade.2.In order to design better blade which in line with the actual situation of thewind turbine blade airfoil, we carried out a optimization of airfoil FX63-100. At thesane time,based on unchangeable curvature invariant,We thickened optimization onairfoil in different positions and the thickness of orientations,finally, Based on theunchangeable thickness,we improved the curve reconstruction of FX63-100.3.To improve the processing technology of the leaf blade and its appearance, wecorrect the the new leaf model of the direction of pituitrin’s twist feet and installationangle tree times.In addition,optimized the blade by using ANSYS software for staticand modal analysis. Whether using the static analysis to verify the blade structuredesign is reasonable or not. From the modal analysis we can obtain the blade naturalfrequencies and analyze the leaves the possibility of resonance.4.Commissioned the Xiangtan Ruibang motor company manufactured theoriginal airfoil and new wing type blade samples, design and development a small wind tunnel experiment station and put a wind tunnel experiment. At the same time,Make a comparison with the energy utilization efficiency of original airfoil and new,and conduct a extreme test of new wing type blade in a special condition of the electricmotor rotational speed is driven at the speed of1463r/min. Then preliminary testify thereliability of wind turbine blade model.
